Wynn Las Vegas
Steve Wynn relocated down the Sin City Strip after selling the Bellagio and spent a then-record $2.7 billion building the somewhat more upscale Wynn Las Vegas. It has a casino with 111,000 square feet, 1,900 slot machines, and a poker room with 27 tables. The owner, Wynn, is no longer involved, but not before constructing Encore, a sibling hotel to Wynn Las Vegas. In addition to an exclusive spa and shopping options that aren't for the "if-you-have-to-ask-the-price" crowd, the property has eighteen upscale restaurants. In addition to a full-service Ferrari and Maserati dealership, the 75,000 square foot retail complex features brands including Oscar de la Renta, Cartier, Dior, and Manolo Blahnik.
